Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Creators Studio Mumbai's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Studio Bookings

Studio bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and offer alternative arrangements.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment terms and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to charges.

Use of Facilities

Users are responsible for the proper use of studio equipment and facilities. Any damage to equipment or facilities may result in charges for repair or replacement.

Intellectual Property

All content created in our studios belongs to the client. However, we may request permission to use samples of work created in our studios for promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Creators Studio Mumbai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
